Motius is a research and development company with a unique organizational structure: we combine a solid core team (approximately 70 employees) with an interdisciplinary tech community (approximately 800 members) of software developers, engineers, designers and electrical engineers to build products and prototypes in the latest technology areas (including App/Web, A.I., Blockchain, AR / VR and much more).
In your role as Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) you will mainly take over end-to-end recruiting processes for permanent tech & business positions. In direct cooperation with our Co-Founders Daniel and Sören and your colleagues from our People & Talents team, you will build up candidate pipelines and ensure a fast and professional selection process. In addition our team is also responsible for staffing our R&D project teams, with which you will also have direct impact on the Motius` core business. As part of our team you will initiate process improvements and generate new ideas to ensure further, successful growth and to contribute to our team mission - shaping the entire employee lifecycle at Motius through professional services and great experiences.

Attracting the right talents and candidates for Motius (operational + strategic) in close collaboration with our Hiring Manager and Founder
Responsibility for the entire operational recruiting process: from briefing and creating an attractive and efficient selection process until hiring
Definition and implementation of target group-specific recruiting strategies, e.g. by identifying and approaching suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Stackoverflow etc. or creating job advertisements in close cooperation with our marketing team
Supporting and accompanying the selection process and the hiring decisions through various selection tools (e.g. coding test, case studies, etc.)
Initiation and implementation of process improvements and new measures for our recruiting & staffing processes from our KPIs and the cooperation with the Hiring Managers and teams
Further development of the organisation through conception and introduction of new processes within our company-wide OKR system
Degree in a suitable field (e.g. human resource management, business psychology, economics, engineering or similar)
Relevant professional experience (2-5 years) in various HR fields, preferably in Talent Acquisition, (Tech) Recruiting and/or Active Sourcing
Your recruiter mindset including the focus on a consistent candidate & employee experience characterizes you as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Interest in new trends in the tech world and in megatrends such as digitalization, new work or agility
You are experienced in dealing with different stakeholders and target groups and you have a professional and friendly appearance
You are a strong communicator in English, German is a plus
Be part of an HR team that is the central business enabler of the company and not just a shared service centre far away from the core business
