University degree in Computer Science or similar educational background
4+ years work experience as a Front-End developer
Strong sense for good Design and User Experience (UX)
Experience with HTML, CSS (with frameworks like Bootstrap) and JavaScript
Experience in using Design Specification tools like Figma or Zeplin
Experience with cross-device and cross-browser development
Experience with agile IT project management methodologies
Profound knowledge on JavaScript and use of libraries like jQuery
Experience with VueJS and component-driven development
Analytical and problem-solving skills using CSS
Desire to work in a startup with fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (German is plus)

Optional:
Experience in frameworks and programming languages like VueJS
Experience to work with Back-End developers and Ruby on Rails
Strong communication skills

Was Dich bei uns erwartet

As our Senior Frontend Developer you will be more than a Designer. You will focus on improving our UI design and will collaborate closely with the Project Owner and Back-End Developers to create seamless User Experiences. You will have the responsibility for the final output of our team’s work.

Our front-end tech stack involves HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery with focus on VueJS component driven development in combination with several custom developed Javascript plugins.

Key responsibilities:
Develop precise Interfaces based on detailed specification from the Designer
Work closely with the Project Owner and Back-End developers to create seamless User Experiences
Use of faster development techniques like Components and Code Snippets is a huge plus
Be able to look at a Design and run code in your head ;)
Using Figma (Design Tool) to take Design specification and being able to re-produce the same output
