- Motivated and willingness to dive deep into diverse and unfamiliar topics
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, consultancy and medical domain
- Excellent university track record + intern/working student experience
- At least final year of undergraduate studies
- Capacity for intern or working student position
- High proficiency in spoken and written German and English
